The Miami Art Museum has invited me to speak and preset as part of their Contemporaries 10X10 Miami series. I’ll give a brief lecture and present slides on what I do as Panic Bomber and present with other contemporary artists. Like all good art functions It’s an open bar soiree from 7pm to 10pm at the MAM in downtown Miami

As you see, a couple event details are still TBA, so check in here or hit the Twitter for updates as they come in.

In anticipation for this weekend’s show with The Pinker Tones (España) at Awarehouse in Miami, I was interviewed by NBC Miami for the event. They also had some awfully nice things to say about me. Read on!
To say that Panic Bomber is the Next Big Thing to come outta Miami is to say what smart Miami folks have already been saying for some time. In fact, last year the post-Disco, neo-Glam superstar-to-be racked up enough “Bests” to beat just about everybody in town. But when you’ve created a cosmos that gets the whole city swingin,’ you don’t need to compete; you just need to be. And Panic Bomber is. Period.

Excitement for the Twelves was palpable, but no one looked more psyched than Panic Bomber (aka Richard Haig). The dance floor quickly filled up, and 10 minutes into his opening set he could have been mistaken for the headliner.

I recorded a guest DJ set for Ultra Music Festival Radio which is being broadcast on Sirius/XM satellite radio Channels 38 & 80, Friday Jan 28th, 6-8pm. The set will be posted to Soundcloud shortly after airing for your listening/downloading pleasure. According to the following two conflicting fliers, either Bag Raiders or Joris Voorn will also have a set on the radio program during that time slot. Hmm…whatevs.
