My very close friend, Dub Jay is coming to Miami from Seattle and will be doing a set with me at Bardot this Thanksgiving Eve, Wed November 24th, 2011. You’re probably familiar with Dub Jay thanks to his outstanding remixes on both the Discipline Remix EP and Getting on My Mind. Check out his stuff on Soundcloud, it’s some beautiful synthpop.
Also, Pirate Stereo will be DJ’ing tomorrow night. His DJ mixes are real good, and I’m looking forward to listening to his free Thrive of the Thrill EP when I finally get around to it.
It’s my pleasure to announce that I’ve joined the Madison House, Inc. agency for my booking.
I work directly with Mr. Wes Samuel for my representation. He’s a swell guy, we’ve been working together for over a year now through his previous outfit, Philosophy Agency.
Among the first fruits of these labours is that I’ll be a part of the Madison House showcase at this coming South by Southwest festival in Austin.
Last year’s festival was super fun, and this year’s I can only imagine will be even more fantabulous!

The previously announced then cancelled show with La Roux has been rescheduled for Monday November 1st, 2010 at The Culture Room in Ft Lauderdale, FL.
The Culture Room is one of the only venues in Miami-Dade or Broward counties that hosts good heavy metal shows. Whenever I go up there go to get my headbang on, I usually hit up the Wayward Sailor Pub right next door to the venue for some boozing and (if I’m lucky) karaoke. So I recommend making Monday November first a full night out: come to the show and book-end it with sailors on either side!

Unfortunately La Roux has cancelled a bunch of US tour dates due to illness, including the one we were supposed to play with them in Ft Lauderdale, FL on August 4th. Allegedly they’ll be rescheduling for sometime in November.
Fortunately, I might as well announce now that PB will be opening for Crystal Castles at Grand Central in Miami on September 11th.
What a great way to celebrate the holiday!
